Simple but well-kept place. Slow service (only 1 person but accurate. Good flour but the wheat flour is too soft. Ligurian dishes are missing (trofie, gnocchi, fried anchovies, brandacuiun... . Well laid out and tidy place within Savona. The farinata oiled to the right degree and cooked ad hoc is excellent. We recommend the farinata menu at €15 which includes various fillings and a tasting of cheeses with honey and jams. Honest and adequate prices. Also worth trying was the pinsa which was of admirable goodness, fragrance and lightness. In 5 people we spent €100 Food: 4
