Kelly's Pitstop - Sayre

The experience at this restaurant was mediocre at best, earning a generous 2 stars from me because I try to be considerate. I asked the bartender for an Appletini for my wife, and to my surprise, she told me, "This isn't a bar." However, when I glanced behind her, I saw a bottle of Apple Pucker and vodka. A more accommodating response would have been, "Sure, but we don't have martini glasses; would a different glass be okay?" The following day, we visited a casino where they served Appletinis in plastic cups without any issue. It seemed like we encountered a very uninspired bartender who either didn’t want to make another drink or simply didn’t know how to prepare one, despite having shaken other drinks while we were there. The bar itself was fine, but the bartender's attitude was a letdown. If a customer requests a Harvey Wallbanger and you aren’t sure how to mix it, take a moment to check the ingredients and prepare it if you have them. It’s part of the job! Overall, not impressed at all.

Tell us it wasn't that bar when I asked for an Appletini for my wife. Meanwhile there was a bottle of Apple Pucker behind her and a Shaker and they had Vodka obvious. She made other mixed drinks. We wouldn't have taken care of it if it wasn't in a martini glass, they had the ingredients... but a lazy bartender who might not know how to make it. Defend because it wasn't that bar. Maybe I would have ordered a vodka and apple paw instead of an 'Appletini'. Ridiculous!

There was an advantage for my girlfriend's daughter, Barb, and they did a great job and raised some money for funeral and other expenses to help her family. Not a bar, but they did great work.

Atmosphere. Patrons and staff are great! Always fun activities going on. The owners are top notch people …. And the food is always good!

Hole in the wall bar with friendly bartenders and fair enough bar food. Mostly fried foods and some okay pizza. Prices were fair and smokers bar atmosphere.
