EL ITACATE - Sayulita

Holy moly so good! our group of friends ordered various burritos, and we all loved the different tastes of this unique burrito. instead of using a traditional mais or flour tortilla, they roast cheese to a golden brown and use that. a burrito roll. beautiful!

Upon arrival they take forever to attend you, super over priced, paid $30 for two small lemonades two ta so and a baked potato. Ya is we’re dry and didn’t have any flavor to them, and potato was cold. If you want some real tacos...go to “EL TALIVAN”. This place is over rated.

Perhaps this is a place for meat eaters as many do rave about it but for vegie/fish eaters like ourselves, we found it pretty mediocre. You basically get one item in your taco and its not seasoned all that much. I guess it's all about...the toppings they provide which are quite tasty. Not a bad place to dine, but we found there are much better!

The Itacate place offers tacos and different dishes but the main attaction is the Itacate, is a chees crust like a tortilla inside with the grilled meat of your choise with onions and peppers, Delicious!

In any case recommend. I wish we could have eaten there more than once. so delicious. the seat on the road makes us super fun, because they are also underneath.
