And here the balance weighs in favor of goodness, quality and also quantity, last on the list but which certainly doesn't hurt. One of the best cafes in the city, croissants always up to expectations (but this has also been the case in the past, since the early 2000s), gigantic staples, delicious in 95% of cases. Every now and then a mistake can happen, as long as it's not the norm. The rest of the offer also leaves nothing to be desired, for example the snowflakes. Then, the tarpaulin, the cigarette, the hot and cold air, the queue, the crowd, the inexperience of some staff can also happen, but they have almost no impact on the fundamental target: goodness. I would really come here every day if it were possible.
