We have booked a table for 3 at poggio il masseto a week before our arrival from earth and reserved a table on the balcony. it should be a special evening since we wanted to start celebrating the 88th birthday of my mother. at our arrival. in the restaurant on the evening of the 13th juli at the arranged time, we were told that someone had sung on the afternoon to cancel the booking and that our table was no longer available. they insisted in the unapoologetic way that the cancellation had been made. the managerin claimed to have the call, although we explained that this was not possible, as the three in the restaurant, no one knew we had a booking in the restaurant. it was a surreal and restless experience. it was the most secret and far-reaching excuse to turn off people with a booking. it was a nightmare and shows this place as unreliable and dissatisfied.

Not up to our standards. Mediocre food. Terrible service. Even the view did not live up to our expectations.

Ottima cucina, personale cordiale, splendida terrazza panoramica. da consigliare.
