Hungry Jack's - Scarborough

I recently visited this restaurant with a craving for an ultimate double whopper with angry onions. Unfortunately, as I am not vaccinated, I had to leave. However, I decided to eat in my car down the road. When I noticed that the onions were missing from my meal, I called the restaurant and they told me to come back for a remake. To my surprise, they remade the entire meal when I returned. The staff were fantastic and I apologized for not wearing a mask. I was relieved to still be served, as they informed me that unvaccinated individuals were not allowed to dine in. Overall, I was very happy with the service and handling of the situation.

We were able to find every thing we needed in Kmart as it has an awesome selection or stock for all age groups. And we found the staff very helpful too. It’s a must do next time and every time.

I had a great experience at the restaurant. The burgers were delicious and served hot. It was disappointing to find out they no longer offer free coffee for seniors. They used to provide a free coffee if you spent $2.

This Hungry Jacks store can be very hit and miss. Chips are always the biggest issue I have being every time I seem to get old and cold fries. Fast drive thru service though.

I took a sip of my coke while waiting for my meal at the drive-thru, and I found it to be flat and unpleasant. When I received my food and mentioned the issue to a staff member, they simply responded, "okay, I will have that checked out," and walked away. Upon returning home, I called and spoke to the manager who advised me to bring the drink back for a replacement. Unfortunately, the distance and cost of petrol would make it impractical. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt, and the chips were greasy and lacking salt. Furthermore, my chicken burger was overly saturated in mayonnaise. Overall, my experience was not satisfactory, and I do not plan to return to this restaurant.
