Congee Town - Scarborough

Seems like the majority of our orders were not freshly cooked! For me, the worse is that the food were not even hot and definitely, the quantity was less as we ordered exactly the same about a month ago except for one. Maybe time to look for a new casual Chinese dine out!

We spent about 250 for a group of 12. Lots of food including lobster and duck. Quite tasty. The place was full of guests. Spent the same amount at congee queen for a group of 6 and was not as good as congee town.

This place has acceptable food quality and good price. Of course, like any typical Chinese restaurant, service is poor; but your food will be delivered to you at reasonable time.Also, you can be sure that there is a very good variety of selection on their menu.

Good food although it is primarily for non vegetarians. Do try the signature dish with your choice of meat. ambiance is alright.

Always a good place for congee. The BBQ pork is also very good. They just need to improve upon their service.
