Harvey's - Scarborough

They never answer the phone, and on DoorDash, there 's no option to write notes. What 's the point of having a phone if you 're never going to answer it? The customer service is horrendous. I will not recommend this restaurant. Additionally, today I ordered buffalo chicken poutine, and there was hardly any chicken in it.

I did an order via the mobile app and selected pick up in store. I have never ordered the chicken nuggets from Harvey's before so I gave it a try. Their nuggets have to be the smallest out of all other fast food chains. When the staff gave me the order but missed the fountain drink that came with the combo (I have to go back to the store to ask for it). Overall, I'm not 100% satisfied with spending $12.59 on a chicken nuggets combo that were tiny portions and the mediocre service.Parking: Free parking

Foods are very overcooked. Service time is ok. Environment is tidy and clean.

I go here for lunch ask the time and they recently got rid of Tzatziki as a topping and now ask the Harvey's I visit without this will also get a 1 star. Very disappointing to find out it's missing after I order and pay for the food...
