Hi. Tea Cafe Chá Shì - Scarborough

I tried their special promotion of 2 slushies for $12 and they were delicious and full of flavor. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. I would definitely recommend visiting this place, 11 out of 10!

I bought two drinks from this bubble tea shop and it was the worst I've ever been to. The Pearl Milk Tea tasted like it was made from milk tea packets you can find in the supermarket. The Sparkling Orange Tea had no fizz, making it taste like watered down orange-flavored water. Additionally, they gave us a small straw even though there were orange bits in the drink, making it impossible to drink without getting bits caught in the straw. I purchased the drinks around 6 PM on Sunday, May 14th.

The management at this restaurant was terrible. I had an awful experience with the manager. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Came here around 4pm and orders a mango slush. It was not very sweet which was my preference but the it was not blended very well at all. There were still chunks of ice inside which wouldn’t even go through the straw. Chose this place because I was too lazy to another place which had no mall entrance!

I had the worst ever milk tea here. The taste is so bland and I ended up throwing it away after a few sips. Waste of my money.
