Feedback gevenI wasn't allowed to use coupons because I had already used one. I mentioned that I could have my girlfriend purchase her own meal, and then they agreed to let me use the coupon.
The service was extremely slow. I was really disappointed to wait 20 minutes for a burger on a Monday afternoon.
I would rate it 3 stars because the staff was wonderful, but the chicken at this location was stale and lacked flavor. This was my first visit to this KFC, and it was disappointing.
The new sandwich was incredibly disappointing—definitely the worst I've ever had. You'd be better off enjoying the ghost pepper McChicken instead!
As an experienced food critic with a background in customer service, I must say that the service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. Instead of being welcomed with friendly smiles, I am often met with unfriendly glares from staff who seem unhappy. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that makes me anxious every time I visit. It feels as though the employees harbor a dislike for customers, which likely contributes to the restaurant's poor performance. I urge management to hire more personable staff; if someone is unhappy in their role, it might be worth considering a change. A warm welcome can make all the difference in a dining experience.
