This place definitely lives up to the hype and definitely tastes better than most bubble tea chains. The staff here is super helpful and friendly, and gave us suggestions based on our likes and dislikes. We ended up getting the creme brule cake milk tea and the original milk tea with tapioca. Both served in a solid plastic cup which we now reuse ? Definitely will be back here in the future.

Great service!I came with my son today and ordered a drink and realized on the way out the gentleman had made the wrong one. My son was apprehensive about returning because it really was an honest mistake. The gentleman was so friendly and made us the right drink really quick and let us keep the other one.My son felt so bad but the gentleman was very nice about it and we just wanted to acknowledge the great service!And important thing to note is that both drinks were DELICIOUS!Thank you!

I've had bubble tea at chatime many times and it honestly made me believe bubble tea was a very mediocre drink, and then I tried this place. Their drinks and toppings are extremely delicious. I look forward to going there every day during lunch break.

The restaurant has a charming atmosphere and friendly staff. The presentation of the drinks is impressive, but the flavor is a bit lacking; even with a standard amount of sugar, it's not very sweet. I found the coconut jelly to be quite small and not particularly flavorful. The tapioca pearls were smaller than usual and too soft, lacking the expected chewiness. On the positive side, the drinks are visually appealing, and the mini candies on top are a delightful touch. Overall, while the flavor is good, it doesn’t quite compare to the best Taro smoothies I’ve had.
