Red Lobster Scarborough

The food was excellent, and our server was outstanding as well.

The prices have significantly increased. The food arrived before the appetizer and was served cold.

The food took longer than expected to arrive. I was surprised by how busy the restaurant was on Thanksgiving.

We ordered steak and lobster dish for two, and she ordered 2 cocktail drinks, most everything was good except the steaks were WAY too salty, even after the manager had a new one prepared supposedly with no salt added, it was still inedible...AND both cocktails seemed to have almost zero alcohol content at all, not good. Management was very accommodating and we felt horrible to complain, but $140 meal you'd expect it to at least be good, lol. Manager took $40 off the bill for us which was appreciative at least, needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this restaurant again

Your Maitre D and server were excellent and professional. They were extremely attentive and diligent. Congrats to your training team. I have not been to Red Lobster for a while but have been there on Sept 27 and Oct 9. Thank s for a wonderful evening
