I had a torn $20 bill and the woman at the counter wouldn't accept it, claiming it was against the law for her to take damaged currency and that her manager would fire her. I was very disappointed and will not be returning. It's surprising to me that this restaurant is still in business.
Subway never disappoints with their great tasting food. I especially loved the herb bread, it made for an incredibly delicious meal.
One of the worst Subway experiences ever. Understaffed.. had to ask for regular portion of toppings.Bathroom closed to customers.Drink machine horrible.. pop was way watered down.I’ll never return.
The cashier at this restaurant seems to have been instructed by her manager not to allow certain sandwiches to be included in the 2 for $14.99 deal. I was informed that my custom turkey sandwich was not eligible, even though it was listed on the menu. The cashier also denied me the 4 cookies included in the deal and struggled to apply the coupon correctly, initially trying to charge me $19 instead of the correct price of $16.94. After requesting a refund, she initially refused but eventually complied. I left without my sandwich and went to a different Subway location on Lawrence Ave East and Curley Drive, where I was able to redeem the deal as advertised. I do not recommend dining at this location. The staff and management need to be more knowledgeable about their promotions and ensure that they are properly executed. This level of service is unacceptable.
