**Important for Those with Allergies** I believe this franchise should be reassessed, or staff members need serious retraining. My recent experience left me very disappointed. I visited on a Monday afternoon and placed a simple order for a cheesy bean and rice burrito through the drive-thru. There was surprisingly no line and only employees inside the restaurant, with no other customer orders being taken. However, my order was mistaken for a beef burrito instead of the bean one I had clearly requested. This mix-up is particularly alarming considering potential allergies. The decline in service quality is quite disheartening. If you have dietary restrictions, be cautious, as they do not adhere to them.

I really enjoyed the food, but the restaurant was understaffed, and there was no soap available in the restroom.

It was a drive-thru experience, so there isn't much to elaborate on. I ordered Kentucky Fried Chicken, not Taco Bell. Thank you.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced, especially considering it's fast food with a pseudo-Mexican twist. The meat is primarily just meat, with little to no cartilage or inedible bits. My four tacos and fried supreme were free of those unwanted parts. The service was quick, and when I asked for a specific number of sauces, they actually counted them out for me. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only downside was the absence of WiFi.
