Bay View Coffee House - Scarborough

Good coffee, lovely cake choice (the coffee cake I had was excellent) and very welcoming staff, young and old providing very prompt service. Superb position and the outside area at this time of year is fine if it is not raining, plus tables inside, it is sheltered by the adjacent building but still has views of the beach and sea. Best cafe on South Bay in my opinion.

We popped in here for a warm brew as it was cold and out of season. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Even let the two dogs in as well. There is a good gluten free choice also. Top marks

Lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. Only ordered a milkshake and some bottled drinks so can’t really comment on the quality but the milkshake was nice. The gentleman singing was lovely and pleasant. The staff were polite

Lovely cafe just across from the beach on the south bay, with very kind and helpful staff. I had a nice toastie, chai latte and scone. We visited twice whilst on holiday and the owner made my little boy a sandwich to go even when they were closing up! Appreciated it very much. Toilets also nice and clean and baby/child friendly. Thank you!
