Calf Cafe - Scarborough

Had two hot chocolates and two cakes. The hot chocolate was fantastic the cake was reasonable. Big let down was the staff demeanour, I would have liked a nice cheery greeting or at least a smile. I know hospitality is a hard business but the staff just didnt seem very welcoming.

Lovely view over the bay .. ordered breakfast which was served but without utensils sat n waited for them to bring as its table service but no had to go up n ask .. by this time the eggs were cold ..but wasn't very warm to start with n I understand there as been a egg shortage but the scrambled egg didn't cover one slice of toast let alone 2

The restaurant was excellent and the food was very tasty.

If you are vegan and want to support the welfare of calves, this is the place for you to go.

The food was a fantastic experience for someone who is not vegan.
