Chill At Planet Ice Cream - Scarborough

Came to this ice cream stall spent over £20 on ice creams for the family I would actually give a zero rating if it would allow me to.The customer service was awful It was raining very heavily so we took a bit of shelter under his canopy as we had a elderly relative in a wheelchair but he told us to move as we were bad for business

Awful customer service… stood and waited to be served whilst staff member was cleaning machine we politely waited. Then 2 of her ‘very drunken’ friends walked right behind the shop with the staff member and started full conversation… we tried to get staff attention but ignored us. Her friend finally let her know she had customers and pointed to us, the staff response was ‘I don’t care’ and turned her back to us and carried on ‘being busy’ walked away in the end. Not great customer service at all! Would not recommend

Lovely little parlour loads of course we had two lovely afternoons here. Also serves usual tea coffee cakes sandwiches etc staff veryfrienxly

Great tasting ice cream and a good selection of flavours. I think they could maybe make a little more of it by offering a greater menu (and if there is one, we didn't see it)

I'm such a lover of rum and raison ice cream so having a day trip to Scarborough always involves a visit here. Great creamy ice cream with amazing tastes. Top class
