8 Corners Pizza - Scarborough

This place is a Scarborough fixture. They make great sandwiches and pizza. Everything on the menu is great! I stop here often for the breakfast sandwiches and breakfast pizza and there's usually their famous pepperoni pizza ready by the slice even in the morning. Pepperoni is breakfast pizza too! They have good coffee and a wide selection of cold drinks in the cooler. The owner, Pete Jr. is always there with a smile and knows his regulars. I think Pete Sr. and Jr. have been here about 40-45 years and they are at least 25% of why I'm fat! Lol

Tuna melt delicious except for one time when I got a tuna sandwich instead of a tuna melt. Called to make it right but they just said ?

I was really excited to try this pizza, it had a good quality crust but there was a frozen dough flavor that killed the excitement for me, the cheese was incredibly greasy that the toppings were just falling off. The mushrooms are canned and less than appetizing, and I am a little biased on this one but the sausage is some kind of sliced sausage nonsense that seems to be popular here in Maine. Overall it was a decent pizza but only at the two slices. Lady at the counter also said that if I wanted a garlic butter I should have asked for it while placing my order. Lady, I'm trying your food I'm not a local! Seriously what is wrong with Maines customer service?!

We decided to stop in here today and try out the food as neither me or my partner had been here. He had the ham and cheese and I had the steak and cheese with light Mayo. We weren't disappointed! Excellent food and definitely plan on stopping in next time we're in the area.
