Mamie's Farmhouse - Scarborough

We are new in the area and are so happy that we found this shop! The sandwiches are some of the best we had in a long time. They are very large with obviously fresh ingredients. The young woman we talked to every time is very nice and professional. We will continue to make this a frequent lunch place, especially as it is only five minutes away from home!

I drove through this new facility. Finally, today I decided to try the homemade Turkey Pie. Oh, my God! The crust is so flocky and tasty, and the filling is wonderful. This will be our stop from now on. The ingredients are so fresh. And... here's an entire meal that includes her freshly cooked turkey and vegetables. My family is not a fan of pots, but this is something completely different. I couldn't have done it better myself. I noticed the wonderful pastries and saw their sandwich menu. If this homemade cake is an indication of the quality of its food, I will certainly be a regular . I predict that this decor is a bright star in our area. Oh, my God! Okay, the food was wonderful. Absolutely wonderful! I have the chicken club and it was more food, better than most places! My brother took us there, and he recommended the candy (which also die for the brownies, the chocolate, coconut macaroons... I was in heaven. Moreover, it is a mother and a pop place (locally owned and run for those who do not know the Linguo so that your money does not go into a chain, but for people who live and work on site. GET LOTS of GOOD, GOOD FOOD!

Haven't tried the sweets or pot pies but the sandwiches are fantastic. Homemade bread makes a big difference and the fillings are a mix of standards and some inventive combos. Definitely stop at Mamie's for lunch.

My wife and I ordered the thanksgiving special on whole grain and the chicken west panini on wheat. Absolutely delicious. To top it off, we split a raspberry turnover. Perfect. Support your local small businesses.
