Cold Stone Creamery - Scarsdale

Superb service! I went to get icecream with my bogo birthday credit a few min earlier to the whiteplains, NY mamaroneck location in which they were not customer service friendly at all! I left feeling so horrible after speaking with their manager young Asian woman . I then went to Scarsdale location not even wanting to use my bogo credit after that bad experience. However, Nathaniel was VERY helpful and resolved the issue. This is without me even telling him anything about the previous bad experience. I can’t say thank you enough to him for making my day. Josh and Julissa also had great attitudes and team spirit!

The ice cream here is yummy in my tummy but the wait is alwayssss aye Dios mío. If you are in a rush don't waste your time, but if you have at least half an hr it's definitely worth the wait.

Since the pandemic hit, most places have had to adjust. This one is no exception. They have a sign outside stating “No more than 4 Clients Customers inside at the same time”. You see, that is subjective. Because if lets say a Family of 4 comes in, it can be counted as 1 client customer. This happened Oct 18, 2020. As i parked, I saw 6 people inside. A family of 4, and 2 other customers. A 7th person goes in, and i decide to wait outside. One comes out. Then another. When i see that the family of 4 is already paying, i decide to go in. Here is my issue: “I might be wrong, but i was singled out to please wait outside. I Reply that the other customers are paying and that is chilly outside. She yells back, in front of all the other customers, after having 7 people in, that i need to step outside until they come out” When i came in, she went to the back and did not come out until i was done. An apology would hace sufficed. I used to come here once every week. No more. Regarding the Ice Cream... Delicious. If you get service from the right employee, of course. Edit 12 13 2020 After leaving my phone number two times, and receiving no reply, i am convinced i should not come back. Today i had the Apple pie A La ColdStone, small, and to be honest could not finish it. No Graham Crackers was offered to replace it with other option and the French Vanilla ice cream was already melting. Threw half of it away. Whats happening guys???

I don't if it even makes sense to leave a review because nothing will change. It was like going to a club, one server is dancing around making ice cream with no mask on talking over ice cream while making orders. Another server is mixing ice cream with no gloves and wet hands. Went pay, explained I have the app which showed I have rewards available, I was told don't worry. I got you, it will be there anyways. I will not return to this location. Note to management, please monitor and train your staff.

I've been going to this ice place for a long time, but recently I noticed how everyone working there is as friendly and helpful, always smiling and attentive to any order. I highly recommend Joshua, Steve, Joely, Joe and William these guys are amazing, so next time you visit, make sure you know them how wonderful they are
