Autobahnrestaurant & Motorhotel Zobern

We stopped here on our way to Croatia for lunch. The atmosphere is oldtimer style with crossroads around the ceiling. If you only want the second dish, order at the table. If you also want soup and salads / dessert, you must... take it from the middle section. The waiter will then provide a card where all dishes are taken into account. Schnitzel was 11 eur, spagetti bolognese 8 eur. Soups are a little overpriced, salads are okay. Food quality is excellent. There is also free toilet for visitors. 4 persons 40 eur without dessert, but probably not the worst in Austria on a highway. The portions are quite large. All right.

We stopped here for breakfast on the way from Graz to Vienna on Sunday morning. We were really impressed by the efficiency and speed of the service. We just wanted croissant and coffee, but we noticed that a coach group comes after us and... they were also really well served! Also a good size store that of course you need to go out to get out!

With the A2 motorway in Austria, between Vien na and Graz there is an excellent OLDTIMER motel and restaurant. Perfect place to rest, eat and sleep. Available from both directions and offers cheap prices for overnight stays as well as for breakfast, lunch or dinner short... skip. Even your dog would be welcome at the Dog's Bar at the entrance. And food quality, quantity and value are surprising for everyone and appreciated by everyone. Sole minus is no access to the disabled. And do not miss any additional attraction outside speaking toilet with surprise at the end of the spectacle.

Wide variety of food from buffet and ala carte. Reasonable prices. Not prepared for disabled. Toilets not prepared for disabled. Tasty food, some regional specialities. I can reccomend to everybody on the trip.

If you are driving past this restaurant, it is definitely worth stopping over for a lunch, dinner or just a cup of coffee. Excellent choice of fresh food both from the buffet and the menu. The service is a bit chaotic and it is difficult...from the very start to understand the system, but in the end everything is quite easy. For a lunch for two we paid 20 Euro, which was quite reasonable. The only drawback is that the place can get really crowded.
