Snack Felix - Schaerbeek

The food at this restaurant was excellent, however, the delivery time was much longer than expected (1 hour and 30 minutes for 2 burgers). After initially being told the delivery would take 60 minutes, we later received a message that it would arrive in 20 minutes.

Excellent and well hot meals and not fat. a damage that the advertised delivery time is not respected and increases instead of decreasing (when the delivery time reaches 10 min, it increases to 16-18 min; 35 min turn 75 min)

Usually no problem with the snack felix but today I have not received the expected order at all. I ordered 2 dürüm without salad, received a machine gun, a bicky, a salad, a bag of fries and falafel. I can't reach them.

The order was not complete as the bottle of pink wine was missing.

I ordered at 8:50 pm my order arrived at 22:23 a little long for a self-speaking period of 20 to 25 min. delivery or snack the problem??? and in addition my order was almost cold super for the price!
