Coffee Haus - Schaumburg

They serve delightful bubble teas and smoothies, and my personal favorite is the Taro bubble tea. However, I’ve given them 4 stars instead of 5 because they almost never have double tapioca available. No matter when I visit—morning, afternoon, or evening—they always say, “We cannot do it at this time.” I don't understand why they can't prepare extra tapioca, especially since so many customers request it, and it would generate additional revenue for them. It’s becoming frustrating because I love having a lot of tapioca in my bubble tea, and it’s rarely an issue at other bubble tea shops.

The boba here is quite good, but the bingsoo is definitely not traditional. They use unusual toppings like Fruity Pebbles, which don’t really go with the other ingredients. The prices are reasonable, and the service was friendly and efficient. However, I don't think I'll be ordering the bingsoo again if I return.

The drinks here are fantastic! The waffles aren't quite as impressive as the drinks, but they're worth trying at least once. They are quite small and can become soggy quickly when paired with the ice cream. Speaking of the ice cream, it has a great flavor. This place is extremely popular, which makes it consistently busy, so be prepared to wait. On a Tuesday night, it took nearly 50 minutes for us to receive our waffles due to the crowd. Drinks tend to be made much quicker, so if you're pressed for time, I recommend ordering one of those. My personal favorite is their frappes. I also appreciate that they have a few outdoor tables and chairs; it’s really nice to sit outside and unwind with a delicious drink.

Bing soo in the burbs. There’s 2 sizes, the cup is plenty, get the bowl to share. Very sweet, delicious. There’s also coffees, a few of the booths are still open. Busy place but lines are moving and they are keeping up with the orders.

Cute little coffee place to grab a different type of coffee you wouldn't see at a chain coffee shop. Decent coffee, and other options are available on the menu. They do have milk alternatives (noticed some places now limiting choices. They had a good variety). The interior is small, but cute decor. We did have to wait a bit on our drinks, as it was busy and they were short staffed. I still think it was worth the wait.
