Dairy Queen (treat) - Schaumburg

We literally called the load to make sure they were open until 10 they said they were and it is almost 20 min before 10 and they locked the doors and switched the lights absolutely ridiculous driving 20 min here because none of me time was open somewhere else

Whoever the manager at this location is, you need to get new staff literally the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to, I waited twenty minutes for a small doordash order, for those first ten minutes your staff was nowhere to be seen even tho the store was packed with people! Literally the worst customer service I’ve seen in a very long time, they honestly act like they don’t care about the job.

20 minutes for an ice cream is outrageous, employees seem to prioritize those with their same skin color.

This Dairy Queen consistently gets my Blizzards wrong. Every time I visit, I order the exact same thing, yet it turns out completely different each time. I've even asked if they accidentally gave me someone else's order, but they assure me it's what I ordered. If you want to receive what you pay for, I recommend going elsewhere. The staff here clearly lacks the necessary training and provides very poor customer service.

There’s a new Dairy Queen on Roselle Rd. in Schaumburg, and I have to say, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant!
