First time ever at this location. And I have to say it was a bad experience. We had reservations so as soon as we got there we got sat right away which was good...

Service was slow. It was not her fault. She at like 2 large party's going on too. The food took for ever and getting refill was almost impossible.

There was one in Japan for a while.Just by the atmosphere, it wasn't that delicious or bad.

The place was small and cramped, but the staff was great.

Guide service but possibly the worst tasting food I have ever received from any hooters!
