Noodles And Company - Schaumburg

First time doing the quick pickup and it was ready for me when I got there. Quality of the food is pretty consistent and the staff are nice here. Not sure who but one the staff wrote cool name on my lid :

I looked at the menu on the Internet and picked what I wanted, when I got to the store the menu was arranged differently and I had a hard time finding what I wanted. The menu said it had shrimp in it but the girl taking my order asked if I wanted chickenand I forgot I was getting shrimp. She offered 2 kinds of chicken, she said they were grilled, the parmesan chicken was lessthan 1/4 inch thick and fairly hard. The pasta was good, the sauce was good, we had carryout and our food was not hot when wegot home 10 mins later.

We will really miss having Noodles nearby after our recent move. This location consistently offered quick service and delicious food. The staff was friendly, and I especially appreciated the option to order ahead, which made it one of my favorites. It was incredibly convenient to pick up food quickly. They also have a customizable soda machine, which is a nice bonus. You really can't go wrong with that!

I always enjoy going there after the gym to unwind and savor a good meal, and it never lets me down! The staff is consistently friendly and eager to customize my order just the way I like it. I'm definitely trying to persuade my friends to join me at this location!

Terrible experience! The mac and cheese was just hard, crusty noodles with a sprinkle of shredded cheese on top, and the steak with pan noodles? Absolutely awful! The steak was so tough I couldn't even chew it, and the noodles were overcooked to the point of being mushy. I strongly advise against dining here! Just a disappointing experience overall!
