Pho Cafe - Schaumburg

Service is horrible. They didn't have half of their offered soft drinks and employee was annoyed they had to change our drinks and said there was a note about it on the ordering kiosk. The note was on the kiosk we didn't use. The noodles also suck. They were mush and I had to use a spoon to eat it because I couldn't pick it up with my fork or chop sticks. Stay away from this place.

Disappointing to say the least. food was disgusting, tried to ret a refund but manager was very dismissive and condescending. dont waste your money

I found three hairs in the pho I ordered. But they tell me they cannot replace or refund since I have already stated eating! It’s like they can sell it to others with hair in it if I have not started!

The food is always great but i went there the other day and nobody was there even though they had a sign up saying they were open…i came back the next day and everything was fine except it was missing an item. the food here is always amazing but lately the service has been bad so i have to take out a star……
