Feedback gevenI decided to try out Popeyes because it is closer to where I live and new to our area. I ordered the 9-piece meal, all dark meat. The woman at the counter took my order and told the kitchen staff to make legs and thighs. After waiting for my order to be filled, I took it home and discovered that it wasn't what I had requested. I returned to the restaurant and noticed that the young lady who had ordered before me had also come back for the same reason. When I explained the issue to the woman who took my order, she apologized and immediately asked the kitchen staff to replace it. However, upon closer inspection, it was discovered that there was only one breast piece in the box, despite my preference for no wings. The woman then got busy with another customer at the drive-thru window. I was left standing there with a bun in my hand, which was eventually thrown away. It became clear to me that the staff, including the manager, seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the rush of customers. The cars were lined up, people were waiting to order, and the kitchen staff appeared disinterested in their work. Unfortunately, I doubt that this location will be able to remain open much longer. It was a disappointing experience overall.
12pc nuggets ordered on the app. only they can order two sauces. When I came into the window, I asked about a 3rd soße and was withdrawn from the cashier I can no longer have. I said you'd throw this out. she replied, “You don’t have to be a Bi**h” and grabbed us the 3rd soße. call the number on the reception, which says they call and leave feedback. it ranked for always then to a busy signal. obviously they don't care about the thinking of the customers
Absolutely Terrible service time and time again….1. We waited in the drive thru for 15 mins after placing our order behind a vehicle at the window (who was waiting longer than we did)2. We pulled out of the drive thru and went in to find out the hold up was over them being out of spicy chicken… ok but why weren’t we told that when we ordered?3. While inside the restaurant the employees seemed to not have a care in the world! Totally oblivious to the line of cars out there driveway and people not getting food. They were too busy (I kid you not) stacking ranch packets…4. We finally get home to eat to find out that they forgot the Mac n cheese with the kids meal…This isn’t the most egregious example I know. This is my first time posting a review but this has happened time and time again… and I keep going back every month or so… out of the love for Popeyes… to find the same terrible service and quality of food. every single 1 star review on here is 100% spot on! All of those things have happened to either me or my fiancé. There’s a pretty common trend there… The 5 star reviews are bots or paid for no cap ?
We love Popeyes chicken sandwich, but the person taking orders at the drive thru had an absolutely horrible attitude. If it weren't for how hungry my wife was I would have just left. If you hate working there so much that you treat customers that badly, just quit. With the job market the way that it is, you shouldn't have a problem finding something you'd like better.
This Popeyes used to be a Wendy's that was relocated next door after sitting empty for several years. The drive-thru service felt slow and lasted longer than I anticipated, reminding me of the old, abandoned Wendy's.
