Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Another great meal. Beautiful burgers and very pleasant waiting staff. It was a Monday and the place was empty, but we had to wait 40 minutes to sit due to the lack of personnel. I bet they complain often.

My friend had a salad and we found a dead fly with missing legs and a missing wing. it was buried under the salad, which is disgusting and I have completely lost my appetite and will never eat here again.

I went to this place with my three grandchildren. I said it was 20-30 minutes waiting. The young lady took our name party size and I sat less than 10 feet from her in a waiting area. I watched patiently when they emptied the whole area, even others who came after us, but then they began to sit parties that clearly entered the restaurant after us. When she asked, she said that the party was smaller, which was not true. When the manager came forward, she came weapons that stayed, we missed our notification, which I also said it was true because we never gave our number and I showed her my phone. Then she pushed her phone in my face and said we had done it. I told her it didn't make sense, and they didn't do it, and regardless of the fact that we were sitting there, she could have just approached us. At this point, she cried in my face that we missed the notification and she'll kick us out. I left three hungry and weeping children under 6 years. No one deserves to be treated as we were and if this is the manager of customer service and support in this place is sure to never make that I or one of my family or friend ever visit one of the Red Robin companies ever again. Nobody deserves to be treated like that.

I had the best experience with Red Robin. They gave me a free meal for my birthday. I ordered a Turkish burger and pommes. It was the absolute best turkeyburger I ever had. I didn't even know they sold turkeyburgers, let alone that it would be so good!!! I don't eat beef or pork so I can find a restaurant selling a turkeyburger is great for me. The manager Scott was so gracious and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend checking out Red Robin and trying the turkeyburger. Every time I think I want a turkeyburger and I don't want to make it home... Red Robin is where I will get it!!!

They open at 11 it?s 11:05 and it still wasn?t open. If they have poor time management skills I can?t even imagine how long the food will take. Managers clearly saw people trying to come in but they just ignored everyone and tried to keep themselves busy by the bar. Everyone ended up leaving! Don?t waste your money here
