Rosati's Pizza - Schaumburg

Rosati?s always come on time and the pizza be delicious and HOT! The sauce is spectacular and the cheese is just the right amount including the meat and that?s always juicy! I Love Love Love their Pizza! My advice, Order Now! Don?t miss out!!!

I usually frequent this restaurant location, but after a recent experience, I will not be ordering from them again. I ordered 2 small pizzas and 3 cans of soda last night, totaling $43.00. I requested for the food to be left on the doorstep and for the delivery person to ring the doorbell. The person agreed to this request. It was a Friday night and they said the delivery would take 50 minutes to an hour. After waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes, I checked outside to find the pizza sitting there, ice cold. The receipt had the correct instructions to leave the pizzas and ring the doorbell, but upon reviewing my security footage, I saw that the delivery person did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. I called the store to inform them of the issue, and the manager offered a $15 credit on my account. This level of service is unacceptable. I should not have to microwave my pizzas because of a mistake on their part. This experience has resulted in me choosing to no longer be a regular customer of this establishment.

The delivery packaging is carefully designed to keep food hot and prevent sogginess. The delivery was faster than expected, and the staff were friendly. While it may be more expensive than other pizza chains, the taste is definitely worth it.

It was raining and snowing so I didn't feel like going out. Decided to settle for delivery pizza. Definitely not what I was anticipating. Pizza was delivered without issue and not with all the toppings slide over to one side. Sausage, onions andpeppers were fantastic. The thin crust was great and not soggy. Great pizza

Cesar is extremely hospitable. I always opt for pickup to avoid the delivery fee. The Chicago pizza is traditional and authentic, with plenty of fresh and hot toppings.
