Went there to pick up dinner. guy behind the counter was very rude! 14 orders they're short staffed and hes yelling at customers. Won't go there again

We had timing issue (OUR FAULT, not Panera) they were understanding and awesome! Accommodated us and gave us a brownie! Highly recommend!!
