I tried the limited vegan options, which are relatively rare in Schenectady, and the vegan naan, so that was a positive aspect. Despite that, I wouldn't recommend dining here. The restaurant is located in the basement of a large church that used to be a rec center, and it hasn't been renovated to give it a restaurant feel. It honestly looks like someone just scattered tables and chairs around the room without much thought.
I would definitely eat here again, but I wouldn't recommend the aloo gobi. We ordered three samosas and were pleasantly surprised to receive them in three bags, each containing two samosas (so a total of six), which seemed like a good deal since I initially thought they were overpriced. Overall, it was good quality for the price, but it feels more like casual Indian food or a buffet rather than anything particularly innovative.
