Don Pedros - Schererville

Did we accidentally visit the wrong Don Pedro's? I’d like to share our experience, noting that we come from Chicago, which may mean we have elevated expectations for Mexican food.

Spirit City of Don Pedros: I visited for the first and last time. The salsa was frozen, which was really disappointing. The food wasn't impressive either. The service was decent, but overall, it just didn't make up for the experience.

This restaurant is no longer in operation. Its quality has deteriorated over the past few years. During my last visit, I noticed that there were only a limited number of dishes available on the menu.

The Italian food here is amazing! While the prices are somewhat on the higher side, it's definitely worth it. Reservations are optional, but they're recommended for larger groups. The service was good, and the restaurant has a very clean and cozy atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!

The Italian food was simply exquisite! Our waitress, Rebecca, provided fantastic service. I highly recommend Livio's!
