Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food I received wasn't hot, and when I asked for a replacement, the new order was also lukewarm. However, a young man named Tim, who works in the kitchen, was incredibly kind. He came to my car to apologize and asked if I could wait a little longer for a fresh order to ensure my satisfaction. Tim went above and beyond and brought me 25 piping hot nuggets. His friendly demeanor made a big difference in my experience. Thank you, Tim, you're awesome!

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! I just wish it had come with a side. I returned today for lunch, and once again, it was fantastic.
