Landhotel VoshÖvel - Schermbeck

Can I absolutely not recommend! We asked for a wedding party. Although we had concrete ideas, we could not even call ourselves a rough price framework beforehand so that we could have an approximate idea. After we had agreed to a personal appointment with the event manager and presented our performance there, we have already been looked at in a wrong way that we want to “just” arrange a small wedding party there and the wedding takes place at another location. After the appointment we wanted to send us a specific offer by email and we were informed that we had to book at least 3 hotel rooms, as this is a prerequisite for a celebration. We then took an expensive 3 courses menu in the restaurant to us and left a lot of money and were really very satisfied. Afterward we found out that we can only book 2 rooms, as a guest would like to look around somewhere else for a room. So we communicated this to the Landhotel and hoped that we could somehow meet. However, this was not the case by the Landhotel. The undamaged is still that the event employee has forced us to do so on the phone, we should postpone our wedding appointment (which has been fixed for months) and that it would not be in line with the further planning. We haven't experienced such an arrogant behaviour of personnel for a long time! We'd rather celebrate our wedding party somewhere else, as the Landhotel Voshövel doesn't need our income. Well, who doesn't want to, he already has!

A very beautiful country hotel with great attention to detail. The spa area and sauna area are welcoming and invite to relax. The 4 courses menu in the evening has rounded off. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

We had a wonderful three-day short holiday at the Landhotel. The food, the rooms and especially the spa area: A dream! If you are looking for rest, 1a cleanliness, excellent food (we can recommend the wine tasting guide) and top service, this is right!

Hotel very nice. Unfortunately, the dinner was totally disappointing. There was only bread with various supplements. We were expecting a lot more. We couldn't book any more applications, and there was only gravy in the sauna from 4pm. The rooms were great!

It was such a beautiful day with my daughter...a great spa with an excellent massage and delicious food...Here you just have to praise the complete staff very much..so something of sweet and accommodating...danke for this...we will definitely come back
