Subway - Schertz

I have had a bad experience with the woman working today 4/8/24 more than once. Today was ridiculous! I simply asked to have one sandwich topped before the other due to allergies, and she started throwing the lettuce back in the bin and literally huffing for the inconvenience. I have had get rude to me before when I was confirming toppings for dinnertime weeks on the phone, and have witnessed her rude to other customers as well. This woman needs to be let go or disciplined. That is no way to treat customers, and yes, some of us do have allergies! I'll drive miles to go to another location rather than this one just down the street from my house in order to never deal with her again!Dietary restrictions: Don't go here if you have special requests!

Ordered online so I could avoid waiting in line.I have had questionable service here in the past, but not today. Food came out quick and the women working was friendly.The bread was sooooo fresh and soft. I have recenlty gotten some not so fresh bread at another location so I was a bit worried. All in all I was very pleased with my lunch today.

The guy who was working was fabulous however they didn't have any bread by the time that I got there to get an order so ended up having to get a flatbread as a substitute and it was not that great

This review is being submitted because of the service that I received today on December 29th, 2023 at Subway Store #19159 0. The young man that took our order was Dillon V. He was very polite and had an awesome attitude even though he had to deal with a system that was not running at 100% and people were not being kind to him because of this. I was impressed with his patience under pressure and he smiled the entire time. I appreciated Dillon’s ability to provide us with great service! It is hard to find this kind of courtesy in the work force.
