Ice cream is great, however; the store needs a remodeled look.

Even with the morning rush of people you can get in and out very fast

Just walked out every tub of ice cream looks like it melted and now they are trying to refreeze it and sell it ????

Terrible service. I was just there and waiting to order. I guess an employee was in training so the other employee was helping that person. Another person was sweeping and staring at me. The manager was on her phone and completely ignored me. I was waiting for 10mins and there was no one else there so they were slow because people were cleaning. Finally someone came to the front and said hi to the person dining in and ignored me, right when I was about to order she told me to wait and proceeded to the back. The employees cleaning just stared. So I left. This isn?t the first time this happens. I work in fast food service so I know customers are priority, but I guess this company doesn?t care about their customers. Morning shift is the worst, you?re better off going in the evening.. but I mean, who wants coffee at night?

I asked if they made turtle sundaes. He said yes. He started to make it and then asked what toppings I wanted. I told him what a turtle sundae was and he said they didn?t have pecans. Fudge and caramel it is then?.wait?.not much fudge and caramel. Over $6 for a cup of vanilla ice cream that was half melted. I think their air needs to be turned up. So disappointing for so much money.
