Dunkin' - Schnecksville

Disappointed the last few times I’ve been. Food was cold or FROZEN, drinks weren’t made correctly, and they forgot half of the order. It’s crazy because you pay almost 30 dollars for two drinks and some bagel bites yet they just give you ice cubes for your breakfast and coffee that is watery. It’s truly hit or miss at this place, I either have a great experience and everything is made well and taste good or you get the complete opposite where you’re missing everything and nothing is properly made. It's kind of strange to see all of the poor reviews of this Dunkin location. I come here every single morning before my classes. The coffee is always so good and the food is always hot and fresh. The staff are incredible, seriously. I had a pretty poor experience at another Dunkin location and I recently stopped going there to come to this one. the staff is always friendly, kind and they remember who I am. They ask me how I am doing and overall just seem happy. I just think this is a nice way to start my morning. Overall, I have great experiences every single time I go. I am typically there Monday-Friday, so that must say something. If maybe one time there was something wrong with my coffee, they would give me a new one with no questions asked. It's hard to find a fast food chain with cool, kind people that are consistent. Thanks to their team! :

A little difficult using kiosk. It isn't clear where to pay or to maneuver for people not really familiar with system. They should make it easier for customers to use.
