Very friendly staff, all staff have been troubled, were always responsive and helpful. Super leisure, especially for children.

Rooms: Do not even clean in five days. In between we had to get toilet paper at the reception.Food drinks: breakfast was a gray. Labbrige buns and diceed finished touches without taste.

The hotel and rooms give the impression of having experienced your best times. The food is more taste-neutral and the drinks come quite late to eat (so that you are almost ready). Somehow it reminds of FDGB resorts. The staff is very friendly and tries to make everything possible. A first step in the right direction would be for breakfast rolls that do not come like rubber.

We have booked holidays from Monday to Friday with our child. So far everything was okay.Room was okay, food too. The only thing that's a pity that doesn't get any more food at the hotel and you'll get out on the snack. We had the unfortunate experience there that we had to wait for the staff long since he was smoking. After that he resumed his work without washing his hands, the milk bottles were all gone. In the hotel we were well-attended, staff very nice(Jens), we only ask ourselves, by lack of staff, we always had the same staff for breakfast and for the evening, whether it's all legal. They looked very tired and finished. They ran back and forth stressed without notice when food remains were on the ground. It has always been passed.Rooms and hallways would have to be looked after spider webs more often, that was a bit creepy.The adventure pool was great despite colder temperature.The hotel is otherwise beautiful even if everything looks like 15 years ago.Through the fully equipped hotel, it is better to go early to not be late for a long time, but food is regularly filled up.

We were back to our guest after many years. Unfortunately, nothing has happened to the furnishings of the rooms in all these years. There would be an urgent need for modernization.You can also see the general specialists here, especially in the gastronomic area, which is not possible to blame the hotel accordingly.In addition, however, it is absolutely recommended because of the great location and the many leisure and business opportunities in the hotel itself and the surrounding area.
