Feedback gevenDid not know this restaurant, was positiw surprised by the great concept. we had supersharp, self-made sausages, these were sensational. also the in-house ice is record-worthy. the gastronomy is cozy, the personal attentive. I liked it.
As after every visit in the bear in bouncing, we now discover this locally with very satisfied and good feeling! as a starter we decided for the classic and vegetarian tatar, the latter being a surprisingly tasty alternative to the right meat. the service was as always excellent, the chefin was always personally encountered despite a large high-time society and took time for the individual guests.The appropriate and recommended wein and the warm schoggiküchlein with passionsfruit as dessert rounded off the evening perfectly. by :)
We were four times here and were all satisfied. the ambiente is thriving and cozy. the service is out friendly and courteous. one is made aware of the facts and some specialities of the house are explained. they were all excellent. you realize that a metzgerei belongs to the house.Here you feel that you are welcome as a hospitable. we'll be back.
We were eating in the bear on 28.01.2017 in the evening.The meat was as desired, the made pasta, the wine, the dessert and the service was the hammer. the service was attentive and very sympathetic. Thank you very much. I was the first time there but certainly not the last time.
There's nothing to put out here. the location is bombastic styled, the personal professional and friendly and the foods are of very high quality. therefore five stars. this local has been attributed to the meat. a special low-garting process is used here “sous vide”. the meat is so fried on the point. the restaurant is connected to a metzgerei as well as a gelateria. In addition to excellent, self-made desserts, a large variation of interesting egg variations are offered. also the operators organize some culinary special evenings in the year. Conclusion: a very nice culinary experience and therefore highly recommended.
