I visited this restaurant specifically to try Goodrich ice cream, but I was let down to find that several items listed on the Goodrich website were not available. The young man at the counter was very helpful and prepared a hot fudge brownie sundae for me with chocolate ice cream and sauce, though it was missing the brownie. It seemed like the ice cream offerings weren’t a major priority for the restaurant. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the Goodrich malt I ordered, as it's becoming rare to find places that serve them. Overall, this restaurant is a great option for anyone looking for malts, sundaes, or hand-packed ice cream.

I wouldn’t suggest visiting the Subway in Schuyler. We had to rummage through the trash just to get a refund for a cold sandwich, and the staff was very unhelpful when we asked for a replacement. In the end, we didn’t receive a refund for the original sandwich and had to pay for the new one. Overall, my experience with the customer service was awful.
