Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

The staff there are always nice and friendly. Service is usually pretty quick.

We arrived a by 8:50 (10 minutes before closing) and there was a small line. I was in line before they closed and right at 9 they shut off the lights and wouldn’t serve me despite me being in line before closing. They proceeded to ignore me while I patiently waited and all hid in the back. One worker was on her phone and they were cleaning instead of helping customers. Terrible!

The mango gelato is absolutely... Just do it, already!

Only giving a one star review, as zero is not an option. What kind of Italian ice place doesn't have lemon? No lemon no stars. What a joke...

Ritas ice is always good ... Seems like many places these days they are having trouble finding employees, not their fault (I don't think). But it is noticable.... Busy times may cause you to wait longer due to staff issues
