After a telephone complaint, it takes an hour to get the rest. This is very stupid when several people sit there waiting for their food. It would be forgiven, but the treatment of a complaint is an absolute no-go. No word of apology, on the contrary, my children were even very stupid and unfriendly by the driver. Absolutely no customer support, no customer assessment. I never order here again, although we have been regular customers for almost 30 years. This is the company founder.

Either the employees cannot read and deliver the pizza even though you want to pick it up or bring a totally wrong pizza, or they can't use the app overall and the order won't go through. I would call bains-pizza a solid delivery service, no more than no less. the pizzas taste ok and the delivery times are fine. Cons: Frequent customers and multiplayer are not really rewarded so that another delivery service is now preferred in our Sportheim.
