A last refugium of old Gmünder inn is hidden in the Waldstetter Gasse. In the Falken, an innate tradition founded since 1876, the guest still learns what it means to be welcomed. Here you will still eat Swabians and Swabians, hot food being cured and sprinkled only at noon.
