Just back from an incredible wildbuffet! this means: one of several highlights of the season, i.e. a hunting buffet for giants and on reservation only. pheasant, chamois, hirsch, hirsch, wildschwein, first served cold, with pâtés and a festival of homemade local...Salads, then hot, with boiled apples and pears, kartoffels and late zli (egg pastas, above all accompanying the creamy) not a single foreigner in itself. hardly a French-speaking Swiss. here is the kingdom of hard ladies, smiling eleven and great young. our older son discovered the place on a bike tour last summer and thought we could and reserved. (one must, please note) the restaurant itself is a dense in two parts: the caffe or stem with wood-feeded walls with generations of filled vampir heads and a large ballroom size that can accommodate all the giants. perfect digestion. only excellent and local products. real taste. unique experience.

We were already the second time after a hike here in the summer terrace. both of them were just half the places occupied. the service staff makes you leave a very unprofessional impression, as it simply ignores new arriving guests. both of us are after approx. 15 minutes left unthinkable. for the relief, however, it is said that we did not call extra after operation, but it was very good to see that we were sitting on a not served table because of the not exactly full operation. I can't evaluate the quality of the food, but so a welcome..no thanks, that's just too little to me.

Spontaneously we decided to have dinner. although some reservations in the resti have revealed us the service compartment power a suitable place. the service is very exemplary, friendly and more than accommodating!! We were 6 people, among others, also meat on the hot stone..the meat was very good and the redshot chains must be tried - these were excellent! However, all others have also earned their praise.The resti invites you to stay, exciting discussions in a homely atmosphere, where the host personally greets the gast. I appreciate that very much.Whoever has had to do with "dead animals" should not take place in the native jägerstube ewtl. I personally did not disturb this. mention it only for the sensitive among us:-) the many animal heads on the wall are not tasted to everyone.
