Well what to say, he surprised us greatly: beyond the place, which is nice and spacious enough, not crowded obviously, the staff was really nice and followed us well. in particular we had ordered "tartes flambées" (a kind of pizza, but thinner and dry, with onion, cheese or bacon). the owner advised us to take one after another so that they would not cool: he said with the risk that we would take less, without any calculation of profit; I have found it a commendable sign of honesty, which unfortunately often lacks elsewhere. the dish was very good, although I don't have a comparison because it was the first time I took it. all accompanied by a beer grimbergen rosée quite surprising. we also took another side sweet flambée, recommend the cinnamon one. The price is very honest, we took practically the equivalent of 5 thin pizzas and the 4 beers less than 60€. and, I repeat, very kind and helpful staff, they told us that they often go on the lake of garda on holiday. For me a 10 and praise. to try!
I put in my impressive title because I was.a crowded inn and between 1:30 and 2:00 plus a cat!!!! has my opinion a lot of inhabited and the nearby industrial area must be there for many. we took a sauerkraut and its garrret .... there still impressive! an excellent local cuisine that reconciles you with the typical dishes of a nickel service and a reasonable addition: 16.90€ (beer and return coffee)
The dishes of the day are always of quality and well chosen with just the right quantity: neither too, nor too little. entrance, dish and desserts for less than 20€.
Village restaurant with very good tarts. Fine and crispy paste, creamy filling with good bacon and wood fire cooking.Good reception, quick and efficient service.
We spent a friendly evening, enjoying succulent tarts flambées. the pies are made home by the boss and the bacon prepared with good smoked lard produced locally. I also recommend the homemade iced cowrin. super value for money.
