Feedback gevenNo idea how long we're going there, it's really nix changed and that can be so.You can get out of touch in the run of the time so its highlights, that's what the tasty of potatoes is.
First visit of the ironworks, together with friends who have been there for many years. cozy, somewhat dusty and in the years come ambiente. trödel and krimskrams under the deck and at the walls testify of long forgotten times. the main focus of the menu are steaks, of pigeon, lamb and bark with baked carrots and mixed salads. The steaks are prepared by the chef personally at the charcoal grill. a young kitchen team prepares next to the toilets the rest. the meat for the steaks is here however always marinated so intensively and probably long to make it tender that unfortunately every individual taste disappears. an incredible chuzpe are the guest toilets, in particular the men who, as I was insured by other guests, exist as completely unchanged, for over 35 years. if you visit the toilet before ordering the food, as often recommended, you can actually only leave the restaurant on the direct way again! service: very friendly young waiters, little professional, but tried. A restaurant which seeks its same. the steaks and spits are first class. it is worth visiting. the furniture could be repaired. the decoration is unique. the service is friendly and flotted.
We are regular chefs...private and business. the lamb fillet is nowhere better and the atmosphere and service are special.Leider is not reserved.
For years we have been visiting the ironworks again and again.I fear that we will not do this in the future. To take a rumpsteak 30 euro is easy to exaggerate. we are willing to spend appropriate money for good performance. in the map is not even indicated where the bark originates.Therefore a kartoffel and salat is simply not up to datealso the appetizers absolutely infallibly and overpriced.The salat also had a much too heavy sauce. a tastefully better and lighter dressing would have done it too.The steaks were delicious, but did not correspond to the ordered garpunkt. because the waiters came back to the table only after eating, we could not give any criticism.The service was extremely bad. we were asked to drink too rarely. also the question whether eating tastes, was not asked.We had to complain about a missing beer 3 times. the people seemed to be absolutely overwhelmed by the exercise of their profession. there is also no clear structure or someone who has an eye for all customers to be properly serviced.And yet an extremely negative note: the toilets were extremely dirty and really disgusting. Something like that must not happen. Apparently there has not been cleaned there for days.We left this evening with our friends over 500 euro in the restaurant and despite the bad service still a good drink money. Unfortunately, it didn't even think anyone needed to say goodbye to us. we were really disappointed and have to advise other customers about a visit.
