Loosmühle - Schwende

I arrived after hiking all day (17km) at 7 pm. Hotel is closed for holidays May 29th. Nobody is picking up. I have a valid reservation. I am left with no place to sleep or food. I don't know who runs this place but they can't even do the basic hotel stuff right. If I could give negative stars i would, 1 is too many.
