The weather forecast for this day was not really good. But good enough, for a day in Schwerin – not too hot! Our decision was right! No rain, sun and clouds changed. Already before lunch we discovered the Friedrich’s! . Very welcoming, so we found ourselves here at noon. A few steps up to the terrace and an even free table with comfortable seating, parasol and view of the Pfaffenteich gazed at the Pfaffenteich. Why the ZDF flag at the house we couldn't decrypt. Certainly not for us! We were kindly greeted by an employee, the varied and well-sorted menu was opened. Little later, the lady was back to pick up our order: Radeberger Pils, €3.80 for my husband. The court for my husband stood on the slate table when entering the terrace: fjordlachs on carrots fennel vegetables, lemon butter sauce and turmeric ice cream € 16.90. All ingredients that he likes very much, up to the turmeric (I am looking forward to our first own turmeric, grows in our garden without problems this hot summer! I was happy with: Grilled Fjordlachsfilet, Mecklenburger Spargel, parsley potatoes, Semmelbutter € 21.40. Many guests wanted to be supplied. The service ladies sounded attentively through the tables of the well-visited outdoor terrace. With our drinks it took a bit, but it was okay. They were served well cooled. Cutlery and napkin were covered in the paper cutlery bag . . The waiting time for our food was absolutely ok for us. Freshly prepared – we like to wait there. In the event of a professional lunch break, it may be narrow in time. Our dishes were served on well preheated plates. Visually appetizing. We were not disappointed! The grated (fried salmon, minimal over the best cooking point, but not too dry. The supplements to both dishes scored through optimal cooking, the vegetables still with light bite. Both dishes appealingly dressed and very well tasted, the portions well dimensioned. The ladies in the service were very friendly and attentive. The interior is stylishly adapted in the old neoclassical house. . Everything very well maintained, of course also the toilets. We were kindly adopted and can recommend this restaurant!
