I and my husband were at lunch, dinner and breakfast. the food was authentic and good and. the wee were excellent. our host was a real wine expert who lives for his work because wein and olive oil are in his vanesen. between lunch and dinner we have some time for relaxation in the pool, a trip around the weings and then a tailor made wine tasting for me and mine man. at the end of the day we had only the two of us dinner. pasta, small hors d’oeuvres and the best cannolo in sicily. we will keep this jewel close to our hearts and probably come back in a very close future. thanks to roberto that we feel so special!
Tasca is a jewel of an immobility for this family. it takes 30 minutes to drive through the numerous weinberge that make the 500 hektar on different heights to 700 meters. then there are numerous olive groves still before planting in the 1800s it. we were on the way to a tasting of local tasca wines in regaleali, visit the winery and share the massive family table for a lunch experience of products that are all cultivated or made on the website ricotta, organic veges, hard wheat, evoo, bark. our clever sommelier host bogata gave an excellent tasting and tour. the appetizers are great to anticipate-local tasca bubbles called almerita from chardonnay with my fav palermo road eating nibbly; panelle (deep fried kichererbse), then panzerotti followed by muffolettes. wow. the pasta was ravioli, filled with ricotta and minze; so charming, firm, mint lift also. wein came in magnums- nozze d’Oro 2015, which is a 50/50 mixture of sauvignon blanc and inzolia; austere and dry; also pfirsich. the mains were hearty; bark meat involtini with carrots, olive and local sweet braise, caponata. with him came tasca hero wine in magnums, rosso del conte 2013, a nero d’avola and perricone mixture, super made and eicheed. memorable. dessert is the clamp-cannanoli; crispy, pumped with sweetened ricotta and paired with capofaro island wein, a passito from malvasia bianco. the bus drove with happy wine tourist in its sitting. this company makes 2,5 million bottles; all vulnerable, and the house-spun plates let us with a pleasant feeling. lunch 15
Our two days and nights here in tenuta regaleali were the highlight of our ten days in sizilien. from the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warm and friendly that we immediately knew that we were staying in this magical one. there is a level of class, discretion and fineness that is rarely found where we are in the last few years. eating was traditionally traditional Sicilian, beautiful and well prepared. the selection of weeps we tasted all the time were delicious. the accommodation is very comfortable and the environment breathtakingly beautiful. thanks to alberto and his family, corrado and his team so special for our stay. especially thanks to borgata, which ensured that everything went perfectly about our stay and his love (and know) of wein and all that sizilian gentle through.
It's just not fair. conte alberto is blessed with another paradies in the heart of sicily (the other is capofaro resort (salina eolian inseln enchanting ambiente, nature in its best, excellent, professional just nice team or family that they feel like. they are a princess (in my case) it is actually an evaluation that I did not want to write. conte tasca does not need the public and I wanted to keep it secret! it's just one of those little heavens on earth. bella sicilia! many thanks to all they know who they are! P.S. the obvious weine -superlatiw
I had taken 27 Australians for lunch and a wine tour here. Amazing place, amazing staff, amazing food, and even more amazing wine. This was one of the best meals we have enjoyed in a winery anywhere in the world. and we have been to...quite a few around the world, being in the food industry for over 40 years. the enthusiasm shown by the men who where our host made our day one of the best we had in Sicily. Many of our party will be back to stay as guest and to enjoy more of there great food and wine, especially the dessert wine, which i want to get to Australia. Thank you
